Dec 20, 2022

Los Angeles [US], December 20: A large-scale dinosaur exhibition is being held in Woodland Hills in Southern California, attracting visitors to interact with life-sized animated dinosaurs.
The exhibition, named "Dinosaurs in the Valley," is held at Pierce College in Woodland Hills.
It offers an immersive walk-thru experience that lets visitors get up close to over 100 life-like and life-size dinosaurs ranging from babies to some standing over 40 feet (12 meters) tall and spanning over 70 feet (21 meters) long.
Children dig for fossils, climb into giant dinosaur eggs, and listen to dinosaur stories at the exhibition.
"We want to let people's imaginations run wild and feel what is being like around dinosaurs," William Scalf, the exhibition tour manager, told Xinhua.
"People don't realize how realistic these dinosaurs are until they get here ... the colors, sizes, and noises. If you look closely, you can even see them breathing," he said.
The exhibition has attracted over 50,000 visitors since its opening in mid November. The show is expected to run through January next year.
