Op Samudra Setu is biggest example of HADR exercise by Indian Navy: Indian Envoy to Maldives

Male (Maldives), May 08 (ANI): All stranded Indians at Maldives have embarked INS Jalashwa which is set to sail. Indian Envoy to Maldives Sunjay Sudhir expressed his gratitude towards Maldivian government for providing all kind of facilities amid pandemic. “This is one of the biggest examples of Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) exercise by Indian Navy. All these Indian nationals have been longing to go back home. I would like to acknowledge the support which we have received from the government of Maldives which has on each step provide us with all kind of facilities to make this massive exercise possible and successful when Male itself is under lockdown,” said Indian Envoy to Maldives.
