New Delhi, February 06 (ANI): To mark the 30th anniversary of the 1993 Treaty of India-Russia Friendship Treaty, Centre for Global India Insights (CGII) hosted a forum discussion ‘Next Steps in India-Russia Strategic Partnership: Old Friends, New Horizons’ in the National Capital on February 06. Russian Ambassador to India Denis Alipov commented on where India-Russia relations stand at current juncture. Denis Alipov said, “Our ties are under stress because of tectonic shift in geopolitics.”
