India sharply hits back at Pakistan’s ‘false and hollow claims’ on J&K, reaffirms claim over region

India strongly rebuked Pakistan at the United Nations, objecting to its references to Jammu and Kashmir, which New Delhi described as an internal matter of India and an integral part of the country. Indian envoy reiterated that Pakistan had misused the UN Security Council platform to spread “biased and misleading narratives.” India firmly stated that Jammu and Kashmir is, and will always remain, an inalienable part of the nation, and urged Pakistan to act responsibly as a member of the UN body instead of advancing divisive claims.
