Real estate trade in Qatar exceeds QR403 mn in one week

Doha [Qatar], February 21: The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts at the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice during the period from February 8-12, 2025 reached QR367,854,098.
Meanwhile the total sales contracts for residential units in the Real Estate Bulletin for the same period reached QAR 35,644,640, bringing the total trading value for the week to approximately QR403.498 million.
The weekly bulletin issued by the Department shows that the list of real estate properties traded for sale has included vacant land, residences, residential buildings, commercial shops, administrative offices, a commercial market, and residential units.
Sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Daayen, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Shamal, Al Khor and Al Dhakhira, and in the areas of Al Wukair, The Pearl, Al Mashaf, Lusail 69, and Al Sakhama.
The volume of real estate transactions in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice reached more than QR1.2 billion during the period from February 1-5.
