Rome [Italy], September 24: Pope Francis said that arms dealers should never suffer the consequences, leaving the people to bear the brunt of their decisions.
Reuters on September 24 reported that Pope Francis said that some countries are "playing games" with Ukraine, initially providing weapons and then considering withdrawing their commitments.
He made the comments while on a plane returning from the port city of Marseille in France and answering a reporter's question about whether he was frustrated because his efforts to bring peace had not been successful.
