Who is Ngoc Son's younger brother?
Businessman Pham Ngoc Hai was born in 1971 in Quang Nam (now part of Da Nang). He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and is the Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association. Previously, his younger brother, Ngoc Son, served as the Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of the former Ba Ria - Vung Tau province and was a member of the Central Presidium of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association.
