Israel kills 27 across Strip

Tel Aviv [Israel], December 31: Israeli attacks have killed 27 Palestinians and wounded 149 in the latest 24-hour reporting period, Gaza's Health Ministry said.
At least 45,541 people have been killed and 108,338 wounded in Israeli attacks on Gaza since October 7, 2023.
One-month-old Ali al-Batran has died from hypothermia in Gaza's Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital a day after his twin brother died from the same cause, the Wafa news agency reported.
The death toll due to the "bitter cold and frost" among displaced Palestinians living in tents has increased to seven, a number that is expected to rise further, according to a statement from Gaza's Government Media Office.
