Dutch Princess Margriet breaks arm while ice skating at charity event

Amsterdam [Netherlands], March 24: Dutch Princess Margriet fell while ice skating on Sunday and broke her arm, the news agency ANP reported.
The 82-year-old was taking part in a charity event at an ice rink in the northern province of Friesland to raise money for a lymph node cancer research foundation, chaired by her son Prince Bernhard.
The princess was wearing a helmet and was "responsive," according to ANP. She was taken to hospital, where a fracture in her upper arm was detected.
ANP reported that Bernhard arrived quickly at the scene after the accident. (DPA)
