Bomb threat on plane heading to Kuwait triggers emergency response

Kuwait City [Kuwait], June 9: Kuwait's Directorate General of Civil Aviation announced that a plane bound for Kuwait safely landed at Kuwait International Airport after authorities received a bomb threat regarding the flight.
In a statement, the authority confirmed that the situation was immediately handled in accordance with approved security protocols, in coordination with the Ministry of Interior and other relevant agencies. All precautionary measures were taken to ensure the safety of passengers and crew.
Gulf Air Flight GF213 underwent a full security inspection upon landing. Following thorough inspection and verification, it was determined that there was no real threat, and the alert had no negative consequences. The Directorate confirmed that all passengers are in good health and unharmed. It also expressed gratitude to the security teams for their swift response and professional handling of the situation, ensuring the highest standards of safety and security. (Agencies)
