Truong Giang reveals his biggest fear when becoming a father

Feb 21, 2026

Hanoi [Vietnam], February 21: In the program "Is There Anyone Here?" with the theme "This Tet is Different from the Past ," Truong Giang and Minh Anh shared their thoughts on the new year, revolving around the project " My Father's House Has One Room " as well as family matters. After a 6-year hiatus from film, Truong Giang has high hopes that his "brainchild" can reach the audience. He and the entire team have dedicated a lot of effort to this project.
In particular, Truong Giang expressed his gratitude to Nha Phuong for taking such good care of the family and worrying about his work. He said: "My wife is always by my side, loving, guiding, sharing, and supporting me. Besides being the casting director, she also helps the two female actresses. Especially, she wholeheartedly takes care of our home, so I can focus on making films."
In addition, Truong Giang said that his biggest fear as a father is seeing his children suffer. "What scares me most is the pain my children endure and my inability to intervene. The most painful thing isn't not having the financial means, medical care, or being there for them, but seeing them hurt and being unable to do anything," he confided. Simultaneously, Nha Phuong's husband expressed his regret at not being able to be by his wife's side during the birth of their children.
When asked if he could give a message to himself from his pre-fame days, Truong Giang emotionally replied, "Thank you for your hard work." He recalled his early days in the profession, working and learning alongside Hoai Linh, and how the 8X actor diligently worked and strived for success. Because Nha Phuong's husband believes that once an opportunity is gone, it's very difficult to find it again. He emphasized that he never wants the audience to see his moments of fatigue and defeat. Instead, the director of "My Father's House Has One Room " only wants to convey positive energy to everyone.
For Truong Giang, he dedicates himself to art every day, while constantly learning and improving for fear of falling behind. He hopes that young actress Minh Anh will cherish the opportunities she has in the profession and strive harder to pursue her dreams.
